FAQ—Septic Pumping
Our standard septic pump service includes hand-digging to knee depth (about 20 inches) to access and open the tank, followed by tank pumping. For a septic inspection, we also open both sides of the tank to the same depth, fully pump the tank, and provide a two-page inspection report with photos. For a regular septic pumping appointment (non-inspection), we provide a receipt.
We offer 24/7 emergency septic services; though same-day service isn’t guaranteed, it depends on technician availability and workload.
A typical septic pump takes 30 to 60 minutes, while a complete septic inspection can take 1 to 2 hours, depending on its scope.
Slow drains, odors, or pooling water near the tank or drain field are warning signs.
For standard pumping and most services, you do not need to be home because all work is done outside the house. However, if your system is backed up, we recommend you be present to verify that flushing resolves the backup while our technician is pumping.
We service septic tanks from as small as 750 gallons up to industrial tanks of 10,000 gallons.
In preparation for our arrival, it is helpful if the homeowner knows the exact location of the septic tank before our crew arrives.
We perform all repairs and installations for standard and conventional septic systems.
We do not service, repair, or install mound, low-pressure, or step systems—although we will pump them, we do not handle their repair or installation.
For real estate septic inspections, we provide photos and a two-page inspection report, which we email on the same day.
We pump out lift stations, though we do not perform mechanical repairs on them.
Yes, all technicians are fully trained and certified for septic and waste handling.
FAQ—Septic Repair & Installation
Unless you notice sewage surfacing out in the yard beyond the tank, you typically learn that a repair is needed when our technicians inspect or pump the system and identify a malfunction.
The time required to install a septic tank depends on permitting, system design, and materials—installations can take as little as 1 day or as long as several days.
Our septic installations do not include any warranty.
Installing a riser gives you access to the septic tank at any time without digging, and it ensures you never lose track of the tank’s exact location.
Our risers are made of durable plastic.
When the tank is already exposed during a standard septic service, installing a riser takes approximately 10 minutes.
We can retrofit risers to existing septic systems.
Our risers are compatible with both concrete and plastic septic tanks.
